Terminal 1 Pickup (Air Canada & Star Alliance)
Terminal 1 handles Air Canada and its Star Alliance partners. It’s the bigger, busier terminal. Once you land: collect your bags and clear customs, then head to the Arrivals Level (Ground Level). Go to Door A and find the Pre-Arranged Services desk. Tell the GTAA commissioner your driver’s company. They page your car from the nearby holding lot, and it pulls up to the curb in about two minutes.

Terminal 3 Pickup (WestJet, Delta & most international)
Terminal 3 serves WestJet, Delta, and many international carriers. The steps are similar. After bags and customs, go to the Arrivals Level and follow the signs to the pre-arranged limo area near Post 7 (by Door E). Check in with the commissioner, and your driver is paged from the lot to meet you at the curb.
Good to know — the GTAA pickup fee: Pearson charges a small pre-arranged pickup fee (about $17.25
for a sedan or SUV, and about $31.05 for a Sprinter or stretch, as of early 2026). We build this into your
flat rate, so there’s nothing extra to pay at the curb.
